Is there a way to view all the words that are in the dictionary and to edit
them?

You can't view or edit the built-in dictionary. You can view and edit
words you added to your custom dictionary by clicking on Tools |
Spelling & Grammar | Custom Dictionaries | Modify. Words that are not
in the built-in dictionary can be added to a custom dictionary. Words
that are in the built-in dictionary can be excluded from being
considered "correct" by adding them to an exclusion dictionary.
