Mailmerge from access database where query contains "fieldname like 'text*'"
Hi,
Is there any other method for using a query in an Access database where a filter is used wich contains "fieldname like 'text*'". Replacing the asterix (*) for a procent sign (%) fixes the problem for the mailmerge but the query doesn't return any records in Access. Telling our users to copy and change all query's in all existing databases isn't a option. Thanks in advance, Ramon Kroese |

I think in this case your only option is to make the connection from Word
using DDE (check Word Tools|Options|General|"Confirm conversions at open", then go through the connection process again. Peter Jamieson "Kroese, Ramon" wrote in message ...
