Default How do you keep emailed Word documents out of spam filters

How do you email from Word and keep that document out of spam filters?
Resumes to be exact. Using Windows Office 2000. Version 5.0

You can't keep anything out of someone else's spam filter. Heaven forbid
that the spammers could find a way round that
Many companies have their filters set to reject Word documents as documents
can carry malicious code. If the company asks for a resume in Word format
then send it zipped. If not, send it as a PDF attachment or better still as
plain text in the body of your message.
