Start Word in Maximised state
aneasiertomorrow wrote:
First step is probably to check you have all Windows and Office updates installed. Lucy I have Word 2003 running on XP Pro SP2. Word 2003 is pinned to my Start Menu and, when I look at the properties of the Word Icon, it is set to Run Maximised. When I start Word (using this icon), it creates a new document but it's minimised to the Taskbar rather than in the maximised state. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can get it to work as I want? Depending on how you start Word, find the Shortcut and right click it, then click Properties. Look for the Run window - the drop down box gives you choices for how it opens including maximized. Pop |
