How can I enlarge the icons and menus on my ribbon?
I am not quite sure if it is the same in Vista, but in Windows XP, if you
right click on the Desktop and then select Properties and go to the Appearance tab and change the Text size to Large or Extra Large, that will increase the size of the text and icons on the ribbon in the Office programs. -- Hope this helps.
