Default Missing text items in print and print preview, how do I fix?

everything is visible on the screen. The document is a standard letterhead
with company logo. Unable to print text box information and dotted accent
line. All other information including the logo prints fine.

On the Print tab of Tools | Options, check the box for "Drawing objects."
