Hi Stevetao,

Every time I opened the word documents, it will start at the end of
document instead of the beginning. It also happens with my outlook
2003. What did I do wrong to make this happern? How can I set it back
to start the document at the beginning?

My guess would be that you have a macro named AutoOpen or Document_Open
somewhere that's moving the selection.
- Make sure Outlook is NOT running
- Hold CTRL while starting Word 2003 (Safe Mode)
- Now try opening a document

Does the selection still jump?
