Default Check Box automation

Hello. I am creating a template letter in Word 2003 & have inserted check
boxes for my employees to select certain options. Is there a way that when
they select a certain check box a paragraph will automatically be inserted
into the letter (in the location I specify)? thanks

Are the checkboxes in the letter itself (meaning that they will be printed
as well), in which case your template is, or will need to be protected for
filling in forms, or do you have a userform (custom dialog) in the template
into which the user enters information that is then transferred into the
relevant locations in the document?

Are you the same Kimberly that started the thread with the title "Check box
will insert text" to which I supplied a response a couple of days ago? What
more information do you need?
