Hi ?B?VmVybg==?=,
Cannot get images/photos inserted in MS Word to display "filename" of image in caption. Is there a way to do this automatically? WindowsXP Professional, Serv. Pak 2; MS Word 2002 No, Word provides no facility for automatically picking up or displaying the file name of a graphic. Assuming you're LINKING the file into the document, you can 1. Press Alt+F9 to display the field codes. 2. Select the file name, then use Insert/Bookmark to mark it 3. Use Insert/Cross reference to this bookmark to pick up the content (file name) Cindy Meister INTER-Solutions, Switzerland http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister (last update Jun 8 2004) http://www.word.mvps.org This reply is posted in the Newsgroup; please post any follow question or reply in the newsgroup and not by e-mail :-) |
