Hi ?B?bG9naWNxdWVzdHM=?=,
I am trying to find out the best format for entering address's into a word document that can then be passed on to another person to do a mail out for me. Have you looked at mail merge? In what way does it not fulfill your requirements? If you want to discuss mail merge, tell use the version of Office you have and where these addresses are stored (what program) Cindy Meister INTER-Solutions, Switzerland http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister (last update Jun 8 2004) http://www.word.mvps.org This reply is posted in the Newsgroup; please post any follow question or reply in the newsgroup and not by e-mail :-) |
