Why doesn't text print?
I have an HP 4180 All-In-One printer that only seems to print from the web
and prints only graphics from Word 2003. I can not get Word Documents to print text in documents but the printer will print the text appearing on webpages. HP Support has been next to useless with regards to this printer. I'm thinking it's an issue with printer settings from Word but can't seem to find anything out of the ordinary or a checkbox that should or shouldn't be checked. Has anyone else run into this problem with this or any other printer? |

Why doesn't text print?
Hi PayPaul,
Are you sure the text in the Word document isn't formatted as 'Hidden' (see under Format|Font) and that you haven't checked the 'Print only data for forms' option (see under Tools|Options|Print)? -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "PayPaul" wrote in message ...
