Where did the publish to pdf setting go in Word
I cannot publish pdf files while in Microsoft Word because the pdf icons are
missing. I have installed Adobe Professional 6.0 and Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0. Isn't there supposed to be an icon to make it easy to convert a Word document to a pdf document without having to open Adobe software and then open the Word document to convert it to PDF? |

The toolbar buttons are provided by the Acrobat add-in. Go to Tools
Templates and Add-ins. Is PDFMaker.dot listed and ticked? If it's not there, search your hard disk to find it, and move it to Word's Start-up folder. If you can't find it on your hard disk, reinstall Acrobat. BTW, if you have Acrobat Professional, there's no point installing the reader. "Pburg" wrote in message ...
