Default Word: Accepting change (from track changes) should lead Word jump.

Using Track Changes Functionality:

In previous versions of notes the command "Accept and reject changes" opened
a dialogue box. Clicking on "Find Next" takes user to the next change. Using
"Accept" or "Reject" does just that but then also takes the user to the next
change, which makes perfect sense as these actions are normally part of a
document review.

Unhelpfully, the 2002 version of Word, now requires the user to click on
"Next", then "Accept", then Next again and so on. Takes far too much time if
you are going through a large document with many changes.

Kind regards

Hi Pascal

Yes, a very unhelpful 'improvement'!

If you want the old dialog back you can use Tools Customize to add it
back to the toolbar - it's called ToolsReviewRevisions in the Command list.
(If you drag it to the Reviewing bar, it then has the default title of
'Accept or Reject Changes').

Note also that you can Accept or Reject All from the dropdown menus beside
the Accept and Reject buttons - many people miss these menus.
