Default How do I put different size tables in a word document?

I am trying to create a form that contains 1 large table and then a small one
on the bottom right. Making sure that they are still connected to each other
without any kind of spaces between them. I would also like to have all the
margins the same for both tables. Can anyone help me with this? I have the
document in Excel but I need to create it in Word?
