Default Anchor/merge/freeze a washed image and text in an email signature.

Ms Word with Outlook: I want to build a Sig. whereby the text behind a
washed-out image along with a second image just below will scroll together
when pushed down from typing above.

Thanks

Put it in a table (without borders if need be)
