Some SKUs of Office 2003, including Professional, include IRM and XML, while
others don't. If you don't know what IRM and XML are, you're probably okay
getting one of the versions that don't include them. But see

I should add that the presence or absence of IRM and XML is what
distinguishes *Word* in Office Professional from Office Standard. As you can
tell from the referenced page, different SKUs of Office also include
different applications, though Word is included in all of them.
