Default Keep With Next

I have a Word 2003 table that has Keep With Next marks on
every row, yet Keep With Next and Keep Lines Together is
NOT selected. Any idea what else these marks indicate,
and how do I get rid of them?

Sometimes you have to examine each paragraph in a given row to find the one
with this formatting; just selecting the row will not reveal it.
