Default tables in word viewer

Ive created a document in word 2003 and selected "hide gridlines". It
looks great after I save it. The people who will be viewing it will be
using word viewer. The gridlines still appear on the saved documents.
No they dont appear when printed but I need to hide them hidden when
viewing the document as well. Is there a way to do this or is just a
limatation of the program?
