Default (If Statement) Making Address Look Pretty

«FAREG»
«FACUADD»
«FACUCITY», «FACUSTATE» «FACUPSTCDE»-«FACUPSTEXT»

JOHN DOE & JANE; SMITH JT TEN;
1000 SPRINGFIELD AVE;
PHILADELPHIA, PA 19152-1204

What I am trying to do is have an if statement for when the character ";" is found within the FAREG field, it will create a line break. For the above there are two semi-colons found, so it should create two line breaks as follows:

JOHN DOE & JANE
SMITH JT TEN
1000 SPRINGFIELD AVE
PHILADELPHIA, PA 19152-1204

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
