problem with MailMerge in Office 2007
I print a number of certificates from names stored in a Word-generated
table (called data.doc), with fields named _F1, _F2, _F3, _F4 etc. In Word 2003, I used to be able to produce a merged document of 50 pages, one cert for each of 50 clients. In Word 2007, it seems to demand that I preview each individual page, and print it separately (i.e. manually). Is there a way to get the merged file to include all 50 pages, to be printed in a single run-off? Many thanks, Patrick |

When you click on "Finish & Merge" at the right-hand end of the Mailings
tab, you should see an option called "Edit Individual Documents...". That does the "merge to a new document" that I think you are looking for.
