Default I want to graft my word document

I've learned that many engineers and people in engineering-type positions
can't spell worth a darn. I think it's because there are so many things
going on in their head that they really aren't seeing what they actually
wrote. Their brain takes shortcuts.

No - it comes from dealing with coworkers who can't spell. ;-)

JoAnn,

You're a genius to have figured this out! Must be because you edit the
For
Dummies series!

Do you mean "graph"? As in you have numbers that you want to turn into
a
chart?

I want to put the information on my Word document onto a graft and
could
not
figure how to do it. before getting the office ,I used MS Works. I
had no
problems making grafts from the document. Tell me I dont have to go
back
to
MS Works to get a graft from a document. There has t be a way to
graft
from
Word.
