I want to graft my word document

can't spell worth a darn. I think it's because there are so many things going on in their head that they really aren't seeing what they actually wrote. I want to put the information on my Word document onto a graft and could not figure how to do it. before getting the office ,I used MS Works. I had no problems making grafts from the document.
