Default Automatically change fonts

In PowerPoint, under the Format menu, there is a tool called Replace Fonts.
You choose which font you wish to replace with another font and it does it
for the whole presentation. How do you do the same thing in Word for a
document?

You modify the style in question. Or you can use Find and Replace.
