Default Header/Footer

I have created a 1 page schedule which was contained in the master doc. When
I click on view - headers and footers - nothing happens - I am attempting to
insert the location path in the footer as usual, but no footer or header
appears.

Default Header/Footer

The master document could be corrupt. See
