Default word 2002 mail merge

I have recieved the following error message:

Record XX contains too many data fields. How can a new data field be
entered and how can the data field names be changed.

Default word 2002 mail merge

The error message means that one of your records has been incorrectly
entered, probably by having a field that contains the field end character -
usually a comma. Identify the defective record and correct it.
