How do I break a page into four repeated quadrants? You can do it the hard way -- create a 2 x 2 table, create the "page" in one cell, then copy/paste to the other cells. Or you can do it the easy way -- create one page full-size, with fonts and graphics twice as large as you want them to print. Then go to File Print and set "Pages per sheet" to 4. In the Pages box, type 1,1,1,1 to get four copies of the same page on one sheet. Each copy will be automatically scaled to half the size you created it. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
