I need to show "Net Income / Sales" but rather that using /, I want Net
Income on top of Sales all on one line. I think that there is some kind of
scientific formatting that I can use but I can't remember where to find it.

You can do this with an EQ field using the \f switch. See Word's Help topic
"Field codes: Eq (Equation field)."
