Default Color of insertions, deletions, etc. changes each time I enter.

In Track Changes, every time I open the document my
insertions/deletions/comments are in a different color ink. I want red
always--how can I fix this?

Tools | Options | Track Changes. You can make your selections there.

In Tools Options Track Changes, select the specific color red instead of
"By author".
