Word 2003| Edit | Why would "Repeat Doc Close" be a good thing?
The "Repeat Doc Close" is an option on the Edit Menu in Word 2003. Getting
ready to deploy to nearly 1,000 users - is this a good thing to have on the menu? |

Hi Marianne-
The command you are seeing is a general 'repeat the last action taken in the file' command that has been in Word for a long time. It typically reads as Repeat (name of last action), which in your case was apparently the closing of a doc while at least one more file was open. I believe it only appears as Repeat Close if the current doc has had no changes made since it was opened. Otherwise it will read according to the name of the last action or will be dimmed. There should be no problem! Regards |:) "Marianne" wrote: The "Repeat Doc Close" is an option on the Edit Menu in Word 2003. Perfect answer - thank you so much. Word is certainly very intuitive.
