Default Legal Pleading Paper

If you are using Word's Pleading Wizard to create pleadings with line
numbering, the right margin line is just a drawn line in the Header. View
your Headers and footers and then click right on the line and you should be
able to move it or change its size.

If you are using some sort of custom template, most use a table that is
located in the header. If you view the Headers and footers again, then you
should be able to select the table cell and then control the Borders and
shading.

I hope this helps!
