Default MS Word Warning on start up run SQL command - How to stop?

When I double click on certain MS Word files, I get the following warning
message in Word 2003 SP1: "Opening this document will run the following SQL
command". How do I get fix the Word file so that this message stops
appearing? Where is the SQL command hidden in the file?

See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=825765 "You receive the
'Opening this will run the following SQL command' message when
you open a Word mail merge main document that is linked to a data
source".
