Default Tabbing around a document

In simple terms, if I a document that has on one line:

Question _____________ Question 2 ________________

The underlines were created with leader tabs and any spacing between
questions is also created with tabs. As the document stands, is there a way
that I can conveniently move from answer area to answer.

Thanks,

As the document stands, no. If you were to turn it into a form, by using
formfields, yes.
