I'm looking for a format macro or template for the SOAP format for Medical
Reports. This would be the Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan format.
Also, I need a refresher on setting up the page... specifically typing in the
S: with a tab next to it and a number such as 1. along with another tab so
that the text wraps to the first character after the 1.
