Unable to priint, save etc
I am not able to use any of the functions in the 'File' option of Word such
as open, close, new, save as, save, print etc. When I click on 'File' these options are grayed out as are the icons on the tool bar. I have done a system restore to an earlier time and they are the same there too. What can I do? Please help. -- Thanks Gary |

What version of Word.
Is it the trial version of 2003 that is past its "use by date"? If it's a full version, have you activated it? Check under HelpActivate Product -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Gary" wrote in message ...
