How do I link user information to Word templates?
I am trying to use templates (fax cover sheet, etc) on a departmental level,

How do I link user information to Word templates?
1. Set up the template with document properties for each piece of
information you need. In the body of the document, use DocProperty fields to display these piece of information. 2. Write an AutoNew macro to retrieve the information from wherever you store it (INI file, database, Outlook, etc) and set the document property values; then update fields.
