Is it possible to sort a list from top to bottom (reverse the sequence) in
word.. The list is combination of alphabetical and number items... Don't want to rearrange them in separate groups.. Did I make that understandable ??? thanks Jack |

Word gives you the option to sort ascending or descending.

Select the list. TABLE, SORT, then you can choose Ascending or Descending.
