Word should allow users to capatalize previously written text.
In Word we should be able to capatalize previously typed text as we would
bold previously written text. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. To vote for this suggestion, click the "I Agree" button in the message pane. In addition to Format | Change Case, you can use Format | Font | All Caps
(which is directly comparable to applying Bold formatting). -- Suzanne S. There aren't as many choices as in the Convert Case menu, but you can also
click in the text (or select passages, depending on need), then press Shift+F3 to toggle between Upper/lower/sentence case.
