Prints too light
Recently my WORD and OUTLOOK EXPRESS documents have been printing too light. My EXCEL documents print just fine. I just found the "intensity" button in the printer characteristics dialogue, but even when I put it at "most intense" it still prints too light; in other words, that parameter doesn't seem to affect the darkness of printing. I'm using a ThinkPad A20m running Windows 98 Second Edition and Office 2000. How can I darken the printed output from WORD and OUTLOOK EXPRESS? Phil |
