What if you want to mailmerge a price list
I have a query created in access, i now wish to mailmerge this list.
problem is sometimes the price will be say 20 line sometimes 120. based on user input. Two header part , price. if use merge wizard, i get 20 pages, instead of one long list?? How i extend the merge fields to take into account changing data thanks andy |

Why not use a report in Access?
To do it with mail merge, use a Directory, or in earlier versions of Word it is called Catalog mail merge main document. In that document, insert a one row table into which you insert the field names and have nothing else in the body of the document. When you execute that merge to a new document, that new document will contain a table with a row of data for each record in the data source. -- Hope this helps.
