Default Meeting Request

I had an unusual request the other day. Is this possible?

When setting up a meeting request in Outlook 2003 is there a way to change
the word "Required", when adding attendees, to say "Requested"?

Thanks in advance,
Aaron Neunz

You're much more likely to get an answer to this question if you post it in
an *Outlook* NG. This one is for Word.
