Default Outlook 2003 automatic insertion of "United States of America"

How can I stop Outlook 2003 from inserting "United States of America" at the
bottom of an address when I insert the address from my address book into a
Word document?

Do a search for Word at www.slipstick.com. On the page it takes you to
there are instructions for how modify the autotext entry that controls what
is displayed.
