Yes, look at the Track Changes tab of Tools | Options.

Yes, it is possible to change the colors of track change. If you go under
"tool" in your toolbar, you will find "options". Click on "options", then click on the "track change" tab. Next to "color", choose the color you want to show up when track change is used.
