Word not to insert a merge field if the text or value is 0
I am using merge filed from another source into a word document.
It will have a desxcription in the word letter then a value which is a merge field. If the value is 0 I dont want the descriotion or the value to be inserted into the word letter. Can this be done? |

Yes, use and If..then..else field to check the value of mergefield that may
contain 0 and if that is the case, insert nothing, otherwise, insert the other mergefield. -- Hope this helps.
