how do i mail-merge 3 records per page on 2 pages?
I need to print 3 records per page from a mail merge file. The same 3 records
need to print front and back. I can't figure out how to set up a 2 page document and print the same 3 records on both pages and then print the 2 pages duplex. |

Set up three sets of merge fields on the page with a NextRecord field before
the first mergefield in the second and third sets. Then execute the merge to a new document. Each page of that document will be a separate Section, so to get it to print duplex (on a printer that has that capability, in the Pages control of the Page Range section of the FilePrint dialog enter s1,s1,s2,s2,s3,s3....sn-1,sn-1,sn,sn -- Hope this helps.
