How do you set the ruler to always display when you open Word 200.
With Office 97 I could set the ruler to display whenever I opened Word
Now using Office 2003 and the ruler must be opened manually a PITA. How can I have the ruler display by default? |

In theory, if the ruler is displayed when you quit Word, it should be
displayed when you start it again. I can testify that in Word 2003, this is very iffy. You'll need a macro for this. I thought I had saved one that Graham Mayor provides occasionally, but I can't find it, so I guess you'll have to wait for Graham or some other kind VBA-enabled soul to come along and provide it. -- Suzanne S.
