Page display and formating in Word
I am using word 2002 and I have the page margins set to 1" for top, bottom
and right margins and 1.25" for the left margin. The paper size is set to "Letter" (8.5" x 11"). However, in the print layout view, the page shows larger with extra space to the right. Therefore the text is not positioned evenly within the page based on my settings above. |

Do you have Track Changes enabled? Or are there comments in the document?

I do have comments and I think that is the problem. I unchecked the
"Balloons" option on the Trach changes tap under Options and the problem was fixed. Is there another way to keep comments without changing the paper size on print view? Change the view from Final Showing Markup to Final, or, in the Print dialog,
make sure you have selected "Document" rather than "Document showing markup." -- Suzanne S.
