My company uses a public folder to share contact information. I want to
create labels using this contact information, via Tools/Letters and
Mailings/Envelopes and labels. However, I can't access the public folder
information - I've tried every option in the "Show Names from..." field.
Help!

However, you may need to export the data from Outlook to be able to use it.

If none of this helps, I would suggest that you ask in the
