Default eliminate index totally then create new index using concordance f

First click the ¶ button to display hidden text, which includes the XE
fields.

In the Edit Replace dialog, in the Find What box enter

^19 XE

(note the space in the middle). Leave the Replace With box blank, and click
the Replace All button. Finally, delete the INDEX field, click ¶ again, and
save.
