Hello:

I am not seeing the headers and footers in the Print Layout mode? They
appear in Print Preview and when I print the pages?

Can somebody tell me how to resolve the issue?

From the Tools menu, select Options and then go to the View tab and check
the box before the item "White space between pages (Print view only)" in the
Print and Web Layout options section of the page.

Alternatively, move the mouse cursor to the top of the page until the
pointer changes to two vertically opposed arrows with the tool tip message
of "Show whitespace" and then left click.
