Default How to print full size font when printing text and comments in Wor

I would like to print out documents with comments but not have the text all
scrunched up. Is there anyway to do this. I tried printing in landscape but
font is still very small.
Is there perhaps a way to print out the comments separately and have the
text show the place that the comments apply to?
Thank you.

Maybe you can use a macro I created that extracts all comments from the
active document to a new document. You can read more and download the macro
from he

Re you're first question, there isn't much I know of other than further
altering margins & physically changing the structure of the doc - which may
or may not be acceptable.

The second request, however, is quite doable:

In the Print dialog open the Print What?: list & choose List of Markup.

Thank you very much for your response, which got me thinking and I came up
with this workaround.

I increase the font size and then select legal as my page size. This
produces a printed copy that has a readable font size and fills up a letter
size page. It fulfills my objective of having a hard copy I can review for
further editing. Downside is having to produce special versions of each doc
for this purpose.

Thanks again.

Ed
