How to add a logo to a printed letter, but not store logo in file
A letter file without a logo is 10% the size of a letter stored with a logo.
Is there a way of setting up a letter so it prints out with a logo but doesn't get stored with its logo (gif file) embedded? |

My experience in recent versions of Word is that this does not greatly
reduce file size (if at all) because Word does such a good job of handling graphics. If there are other good reasons for linking the graphic (such as that it might be updated from time to time), then this is a worthwhile approach, but for ordinary purposes I'm not sure it helps.
